Seminar participants will include the Ambassadors of Burundi to Europe (representing: London, Oslo, Rome, Geneva, and Moscow), African countries (representing: Cairo, Tripoli, and Abuja) and Asian countries (representing Dubai and Tehran), and will host H.E. Minister Laurent Kavakure, Minster of External Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Burundi, as the guest of honor. After the seminar official opening on Tuesday, September 4th, 2012 at 09:00, a press segment will be held by H.E. Minister Kavakure to answer any questions.
